Truro's best and favourite comedy night returns to Old Bakery Studios for the second month running on Sunday 27th November! The Comedy Cupboard at Old Bakery Studios has become established as THE place to check out top level and up and coming national stand up comedy talent and this month is no exception! This event will also be filmed live by The Cornwall Channel!

Matt Price
After 20 years of travelling the world making audiences laugh, Matt Price returns to Truro where he was born and (mostly) raised to record his comedy special, “Made in Cornwall.”
Matt is known for his jokes, stories and good natured audience interaction. There is something for everyone in Matt's set, whether it's slightly off the wall true stories from the wilder side of life, or a joke you'll be telling really badly to one of your friends at work the following day.
Occasionally, he makes it all up as he goes along and improvises if the mood takes him. Matt doesn't look as though he could entertain anyone, but within a minute of him being on stage, you will see that he is a safe pair of hands and that you will have a great time. Nik Coppin
Born and bred in London, Nik Coppin and now based on the south coast of England in the city of Brighton he has spent over 20 years becoming a global circuit comedian. In that time he has performed all over the UK and in many European countries such as Germany, Spain, Ireland, Hungary, Poland, France, Denmark and Norway. He has also done shows in the USA, Canada and frequents Southeast Asia, regularly touring in Singapore, Cambodia, Vietnam, Thailand, Hong Kong, The Philippines and Japan.
He has also toured multiple solo shows at the Edinburgh, Brighton, Adelaide and Perth Fringe Festivals, New Zealand and Melbourne International Comedy Festivals, all over Australia and the inaugural Hollywood Fringe Festival in Los Angeles, all to critical acclaim.
His confident, amiable and energetic style of comedy is quick to build rapport, and makes him the perfect host.

Sarita Hunt
Sarita Hunt, a born and bred Cornish maid, her comedy is based on her intriguing journey of a life’s of ups and downs, she will take you on a journey to see the lighter side of some dark life experiences adding in the fascinating world of being a transgender woman in a small town.

PARKING No parking on site. Garras Wharf Car Park next to Tesco TR1 2TN. FREE after 4PM. A short walk round from the venue.
For individual assistance please contact the venue direct. We have easy access to the event space on the flat and can provide parking on site and assistance with entry where required. We offer free assistance tickets. We currently have steps down in our loos (the nearest fully accessible loos are Tescos) but we aim to have a fully accessible bathroom facility in the ground floor as soon as we can.
