Melissa Reid:
"I’m a visually impaired paratriathlete from Cornwall, competing for Great Britain. I gained a Bronze at the Rio Paralympic Games, and look to improve on that going into Tokyo 2020. Together with my guide, Nicole Walters, I am training hard to make it. I have won gold at the World, European and British Champs and am the reigning World Aquathon Champion."

Jess Ratty:
Jess Ratty has helped enable the growth of Crowdfunder.co.uk during the last four years and is an SME business owner from Cornwall. She was named in 2015 as one of the UK's most connected LinkedIn networkers having featured in their Stories of Success with a film which reached over half a million viewers.
Jess has recently been a part of the Crowdfunder team having shaped the growth of the company which has enabled businesses and communities to raise over £35m in the last four years through crowdfunding. Working in the alternative finance industry and specialising in political and activism sectors, she’s seen gigantic growth as communities have created new opportunities and a new world of democracy. She works with individuals and organisations from across the UK sharing inspiring stories of community regeneration, sustainability and funding in the face of budget cuts.
Jess created and launched the successful tourism business, The Cornwall Camper Company, featuring in a TV Advert with the Start Up Loans company in 2016, and named by the Telegraph as one of the UK's most reviewed tourism providers in the UK alongside becoming one of the Digital School of 2016 by Real Business.
Jess is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and also writes on marketing, crowd-funding, and business, featuring in The Guardian, Telegraph, British Science Association, Design Council, and LinkedIn. Most recently Jess has been named as one of the BBC's Expert Women 2017.
